Introduction

At APR Timbers, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our Refund & Returns Policy.

Returns

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be completed.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchange

• Eligibility: Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receipt for items of equal value. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
